When I purchased this, I also got one in the 16 Qt size. I use the 16 Qt size more - because it's easier to handle. The 20 Qt is too big for me to use at home on my cooktop. (Hence the 4 Star) It would probably be perfect in a restaurant. LOVE these those - nothing burns/sticks to the bottom (of course you have to stir it!) - great product. If I had more room between my cooktop and range-top, I would have rated it a 5 star!

This is a great stock pot. I use it for canning. Nothing sticks to the bottom thanks to the 3-ply clad base. Even though I have to cook large quantities for long periods of times I don't have things stick to the bottom as I have experienced with other stock pots.

I got this pot specifically for doing lobsters. It doesn't stain of discolor like aluminum pots.
