This our 4th replacement and it never even made a cup of coffee!!! Is defective out of the box.... We'll have to wait another 10 days for a replacement. Our first machine lasted a year or so... 2nd machine less than that... We're loosing count. WHEN your's goes bad you'll have to send it in then wait 10 days and just maybe the one you get will be defective right out of the box like this one...

Who is paying me to box up all this junk and send it back... When the next one goes bad... it's going in the trash!

DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE... You'll be sorry if you do

I bought this machine because I've always appreciated Breville products - what a HUGE mistake!! Within 2 weeks of using it, the pump wasn't working properly so all you could get was maybe 4 oz. at a time. We called Breville and were given the run around and had to repeat all the steps (while on the phone) we had already performed per the troubleshooting instructions listed in the manual. The offered to let us send it back but why deal with another crap machine. We just threw it in the trash and went with a cheaper Keurig machine that has been working perfectly since arriving. Don't waste your money - this machine is NOT worth the price!!!!

When this unit first arrived, I loved it. I loved being able to make hot coffee right away. Then, after a few months, it started to turn off automatically, or it would say that it was brewing, but nothing would happen. The warranty only lasted one month, so I was stuck. For $250, I thought it would be reliable. But I see from other reviews that there are a lot of others experiencing the same thing. When it was working, it was a five star machine. Now, I can't get it to work.
