I'm sort of addicted to mascara. It's been a pillar of my beauty regime since mom gave me the green light to wear makeup. As a result, I've tried many different types over the years. This is hands down, the worst I can recall ever wearing. I've got naturally long lashes so I don't worry much about making them look longer. I like to use mascara to make them look thicker and more lush. This mascara does nothing to make lashes look fuller. The trick, as it's been explained to me by many make up artists, is in the design of the wand. I don't know what the company was thinking when they designed this wand. Combined with the fact that the formula is beyond goopey, the wand does nothing to help achieve fullness. It makes lashes look comically spiked. You can comb, brush, or seperate with as many different lash tools as you would like to try - it's not going to help. The only thumbs up I can give this mascara, is the fact that it doesn't seem to flake or smudge during the day. I am totally disappointed with this product.

I love this mascara as it does exactly what it says. It goes on easily and the effect of longer, lush lashes is immediate. I look for a mascara that one doesn't have to put several coats on to get the long, full effect. This mascara is perfect in that you don't have to put on a lot. This means that it doesn't flake because you don't have to pile it on. The brush being larger lets me get to those smaller lashes towards the inner corner of my eye quite easily so that you can see lashes from corner to corner of my eye. I love it! Cover Girl has developed the perfect mascara bless them!
